Mission Statement
My mission, as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) with over twenty five years of diversified financial planning experience, is commitment to helping individuals and families, particulary seniors, reach lifelong financial success through the careful identification and implementation of wealth management and preservation enhancement strategies. While seniors face more opportunities than ever, I believe their greatest fear and largest risk is wealth erosion that may deplete their assets and income. Higher life expectancies combined with the increased cost of living requires a planner who understands the difference between accumulation for retirement and distribution during retirement. I believe I know the difference. My mission for you - is to preserve your assets and maximize your income securely.
Business Philosophy
First and perhaps most important, I believe that relationships lie at the heart of any successful, long-term endeavor. I believe it is the careful, balanced blending of familiarity, friendliness and mutual respect that creates the opportunity for financial success. This type of relationship creates an atmosphere of trust where meaningful dialog can be truly beneficial. In order to provide you with safer investments delivering excellent returns, I must first gain your confidence. I believe I've have built many fine relationships and provided valuable services for many clients.
Specialties
Retirement consulting and planning, with objectivity, independence and multiple product access, is our specialty. We analyze lump-sum distribution alternatives and provide money management and estate & wealth preservation. In plain terms, this means that we can provide you with investments products, from companies you may know, to replace your 401k or pension plan funds. Since we are independent, we can provide you with products from a variety of investment companies.
Additional Emphasis
Comprehensive planning in our opinion requires that reliable products go hand in hand with exceptional asset management, risk analysis and management. Regardless of how carefully a plan has been developed, there is always a chance of the unforeseen, i.e., premature death, disability or incapacity. Thus, we believe the best planners will emphasize contingency planning as a part of your overall financial goal. They serve as coordinators of a group of financial professionals such as attorneys or accountants to provide wealth transfer and estate tax minimization strategies such as living and family trusts. This prevents the IRS tax liabilities which may result in shrinkage of up to 55% (for estates valued in excess of $2 million dollars) or more of your assets and your grandchildren’s inheritance. A comprehensive, well-developed plan can help to eliminate these worries from your finances.
Seminars
I have conducted seminars for corporations and community education programs. The list of client companies has included Johnson & Johnson, General Motors, AT&T and Bell Atlantic.
